This was well-timed for me to read. I've been curious about the relationship between vigorous exercise and emotions and hormones. I have, on more than one occasion, been extra grateful for my sweat disguising a melt-down at the gym. I know there are a lot of variables, and genuine frustration is a totally valid reason. Anyway, I think you're right to brush it off. We all have bad days, and sometimes our bodies are just jerks.
