Rather than not going to the gym at all while you are healing, maybe you can start working on your arms and shoulders with weights. Slowly! That way you'll still be in your gym routine and working on a healthier you - that is what I had to do when I got hurt. It took me a while to think of that so I had a much longer wallow! Hope you feel better soon!!

It has a pool, but I do not have the necessary cojones to get in a public pool. I'm hoping a few days and an ace bandage will get me back on the horse. Good luck to you! I'm all in on two transformers, so we both have to keep motivated! :)
