Weekly Challenges vs Monthly Challenges

With my plan of weekly challenges for myself I will focus on doing 5 days a week, or more if I feel up to it. I will have 1-2 rest days when my body demands it. And if I'm feeling too badly as long as I exercise 3 days using the 3 exercise methods I choose that week even 4 days isn't unforgivable and I will count it as a win.
