Travis, I applaud your dedication to figuring out the genesis of your plateau and these cravings. They are unpleasant to say the least. Distractions are good, but sometimes not effective in derailing our cravings. I think the others are on to something with substituting the oral stimulation, for lack of a better term. Are the cravings for a particular texture or taste? If so, can you substitute things that take longer to eat and have fewer calories like popcorn, frozen grapes, or natural fruit leather? Are you able to have a little of what you'd like, but not over indulge?
