I have watched myself slowly gain 17 pounds in the last year and a half... Middle age has hit hard and hormone replacement therapy has taken it out of control... my "waist" gain that is...!  

Anyone else feeling this?  

I believe I am finally at a point that I need to take drastic steps (yet again!) to get back to health and happiness...

 

My health numbers have all gone up... my clothes do not fit right (and I refuse to buy bigger ones!).

 

Here's what I am doing:

1. Took all measurements and faced reality. Yikes!

2. Joined WW online and tracking my food intake... UGGGH!!

3. Reducing my wine consumption by at least 1/3  :-(

4. Joined the Transformer Dietbet and went ALL IN! ($125)!!

5. Weighing in every Wednesday and taking measurements the 5th of every month.

6. Once a month (near the end of each month), do a 3-day juice and veggie fast.

7. Be more consistent with my strength-training workouts. 3 times a week!
