Great article! It's so true, all the new trends in nutrition etc. might give your weight loss a boost and might work for some. But for many they would only be temporary things to try and they wouldn't be able to live like it forever...after the weight has been lost.So I agree, everyone should find something that works for them in the long run. Even it it takes longer to lose the weight (and I know this is frustrating!), it might be easier to keep it off afterwards, as there is no "diet" or strict rules you could fall off of.Just eating healthily and exercising regularly should do the trick :)
