Wow!!! Gigglesgurl7014, I love your blog!!! I'm sooo proud of you for putting forth the effort to get started on your workout routine again, but please take it easy!!! You had a C-section & a tubal ligation, & although the outside has healed, it really takes up to a year for your insides to be completely healed. (Worked in OB/GYN for over 23 years - Administration with a medical background). It has been a while since you did some serious working out & your body has changed, so please try not to overdo it. Gradually increase your exercises so that your body can adjust to it. Start with the C25k app. That will definitely get you moving!!! For now, put most of your focus on making healthy food choices & walking/dancing, & as you lose weight, start incorporating running in your exercise routine. I know what you're capable of, but I'm also thinking of the procedures you had done too. (Remember: Diet is 80%, & exercise is 20%.) As you're losing weight & setting running goals, it will become easier for you to do (you scared me when you said you had tightness in your chest - please be careful).
