start slow (you have 21 months)..... fast food can be eaten just count the calories.... workouts happen just start slow.... focus on a short walk... build on each "step" you take to better fitness, and by the time your husband gets home you'll be HOT and not winded running / walking a couple miles.... As for not hungry not eating.... sounds like you binge.... so teaching your body you need a little food now so you don't eat a lot of food later might just take some time! you'll get it.... you have us, you have db, you have mfp, try happy scale... that will keep your weight in check.... and I would suggest step bet to get you going...
