This is my first blog post. Day 1 & 2 have been successful. But isn't that always how it goes....start off strong, day 6 or 7 you hit a stumbling block or life just happens and by day 15 or 20 you are back to your old ways. That's probably why social scientists say you need a minimum of 28 days to build a foundation of a new habit. 

So I'm going all in for this 28 days. I invited co-workers & friends. They joined in! I talked to my husband & he's on board. I set up a weekly meal plan for Days 1-7 and so far I have stuck to it. I'm getting 45-60 minutes of walking in & ive take the step to get all 100 oz of water in!! All 100 oz!!

So here's to a successful day 1 & 2!  And to documenting over the next 26 days.
