Official weigh in completed. I need to lose 10 pounds over the next 28 days. 80 pounds total goal as far as putting a number on it. My over all goal is to have more energy, be fit enough to participate in activities. Right now getting down on the floor and back up is a struggle. Going up and down stairs is a struggle. I got off the couch and tried it, seriously. Tears, fears but now getting in gear.
