I hear you. Sleep is so important. I will gain weight if I don't get good sleep. I also must have some "me" time. (I'm retired - as is hubby. Caring for my mother (87) in our home.) My "me" time is usually late evening - with a long hot soaking bath - watching a show on my Kindle Fire. (With it on a footstool next to the tub.) The tub is my fortress of solitude. Try telling BF goodnight and turn-off your phone for the night. Or put it on Do-Not-Disturb. Or simply don't respond to his texts - after certain time. He'll get the message.
