Today I completed day 2 of the 21 day fix only19 more days to go! So far so good...I feel sore from the workouts but they are only 30 mins a day and although they are tough it is definitely doable and fits into my busy day quite easily.
I love that I don't have to leave the comfort of my own home, there's no one judging me and I go at my own pace.
The meal plan is so easy to follow and it allows for wine and chocolate! What more could a girl ask for! It's hard changing my eating habits but eating healthy feels so much better. It's just been 2 days and I already feel so much more energetic.
Along with the 21-day-fix, I've added shakeology into my daily meals which is recommended. I usually mix in strawberries with my chocolate shakeology and it tastes pretty good.
My sister just got me a Fitbit so I'll be adding that in next week to track my progress and set up goals to walk more.
And of course for an extra kick in the you-know-what, I using dietbet to give me the motivation I lack...there is no way I'm losing my $30! I will be a winner by the end of my 28 days and the only thing I'll be losing is unwanted pounds...which is also a win! Woo!
Once I finish the 21-day-fix I plan on starting a new round of it...bringing my 28 day dietbet well into round 2. People see incredible results in just 1 round so I'm definitely excited to see what I can achieve!
I'll keep everyone posted on my fitness journey...this definitely motivates me to keep going and hopefully will encourage all of you as well!
