Argh! &@#%*#$%$#@%
I write this as I finish off 60 hours of overnights in the last week. Needless to say, I am exhausted. I am not sleeping well at all and definitely not as active as I would like to be. I am, however, still eating well and within my calorie limit, so I thought I would still be losing weight. Wrong! In fact, up until today, I had gained weight, at some points as much as 3 pounds! I am so incredibly frustrated! I am bloated and wondering if this is a symptom of overnights or am I eating something that is causing inflammation?
Food journalling is helpful to be mindful of what I am consuming, but it hasn't revealed much in the way of explaining the bloat and swelling? Argh! I did so well in the dietbet I just finished last week. Why am I struggling so much? I am losing faith and I don't want to make bad choices because I am frustrated. I have 2 and a half weeks to lose all my weight. I don't know if it is possible at this point, but I will just keep on trucking.
