I've struggled for years to lose weight. I've done juice fasts, eaten nothing but salads, everything low fat, done boot camps, and crossfit, and the weight always seems to come off at a snails pace. I've recently been turned on to Jorge Cruise's "Happy Hormones, Slim Belly" book. It has made a world of difference for my diet! I am eating things I used to think were bad for my diet but are actually healthier for you than a lot of "diet" foods. His approach is geared towards women and our bodies. I love it!
