I agree with Brandy. I think those debloating foods are really helpful, and limiting salt intake will help people lose water weight. I actually have hypothyroidism, which makes it difficult for me to lose weight. I did not know that healthy cruciferous veggies like broccoli were actually decreasing my thyroid function! I think in your case constant stress is making you lose weight less rapidly, so you should also try to get more sleep.
