I had a good day yesterday... ran a full 3.1 miles (5K) for the first time since I quit exercising in March... it felt good! Scale is saying good things to me this morning... I really want to start out very strong this first month of the 6 month challenge. My final goal is the lowest weight I've been since my 20's... I know getting there is going to be really hard! I feel like the only way I'm going to make it, is if I get within 5 pounds of my final goal in the first two months... that last 5 is always nearly impossible to lose!
