I have been making overnight oats for my son and I for breakfast since I started this bet. We both love them and its so easy! Thought Id share my recipe
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla unsweetend almond milk
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp of chia seeds
lots of cinnamon
Shake shake shake and stick in the fridge overnight. I make enough for 3 days at a time. I drizzle a little honey on it before eating
*I put them in mason jars and got the plastic lids for them off amazon, its so much easier than the standard lids they come with*
