For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    I’m new around here and just wanted to say hi! This is my first time joining this kind of game, and I must admit, I'm a mix of nerves and excitement. I’m looking forward to exchanging tips on healthier ways to lose weight and, of course, meeting new friends to share this journey with.

    I actually started my weight loss journey in mid-March and have already shed over 5 kg! My strategy has been strict calorie control and maintaining a vigorous workout schedule—swimming and exercises, about five to six days a week. For instance, in this photo, my meal today was quite light: skinless chicken thigh, corn, and boiled cabbage.

    Sticking to this regimen hasn’t been easy, but it feels rewarding. I can’t wait to hear more about your experiences and stories. Thanks for welcoming me into the group!

Great job sticking to a plan! Make sure to incorporate some things that you enjoy eating so it is sustainable. Sometimes if we go too strict it backfires over time.

Thanks for the all your encouragement and the valuable advice! I agree, finding a balance with enjoyable foods is key to keeping up with the plan long-term. I’ve been including baked salmon and shrimp in my meals recently, as I enjoy them and they’re great sources of protein. I’ll make sure to mix in some of my favorites to avoid feeling too restricted. Appreciate your insight!
