Does anyone else struggle on weekends... I find because I work during the week it is easy to stay busy and have a routine but weekends are kinda free rein... what are your weekend tips to stay on track:)

My wrost time is on the weekend and going out one drink the rest water or water with Fresca and apple

Yes! I struggle so hard on the weekends! It’s easy to get back into routine during the week, but I feel like I lose all progeesss and motivation over the weekend!
