Yikes- I gained back weight last week and now I need to lose almost 3 lbs in 9 days. I didnt have much to lose in the first place so this is really hard - and tips?? Thanks!

Drink water, get good sleep, avoid dairy, sugar, and gluten, do some Intermittent fasting.

I also have three pounds left this week. I’m intimidated!! I plan to add extra cardio sessions to get my sweat on, eat less refined carbs and sugar, and stick to my calorie goal each day.
