How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Two weeks down! 101 people in the game now. I hope everyone is making decisions that work for you!

I weigh in every Monday to stay accountable. Everything is going well! I am under my month one goal already, but spending next weekend at a family reunion, so I expect I may gain back a little.

My biggest change is knocking down the amount of pop I drink every day. I had let that spiral out of control to where I was having 3+ cans a day. Now I'm down to 1 mini can (the cute 8oz ones) a day, and hope to cut it out soon. I'll still drink it on occasion, but the daily "liquid calories" have to go. Just trying to ease off the caffeine, because those withdrawal headaches are no joke!!

Yep Pop is bad for you. Makes you feel good while drinking and a sugar buzz but it fades fast. Good to cut it out.

I have switched to ice coffees and infuses seltzers as a replacement.
