For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    *Okay guys, Friday is the last day of our Final Challenge! Please click on the (comment) button below this post and report in there, if you completed the challenge. You have until Saturday 10:00 PM Pacific Time to report in. We will have our drawing shortly after that for the $40 Amazon gift card or PayPal cash!

    Challenge reminder:
    1. Water- drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness- get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- eat at least 5 servings a day from the vegetable/fruit group, 5 days this week.

5 day challenge complete YAYYYYYY :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
1-water- I drank 64+ oz everyday for 5 days ( felt like I was gonna float away :grin:)
2-fitness-Monday 30 min on elliptical, Tuesday and Wednesday 30 min on stationary bike which I call the BEAST :grinning:, Thursday 12,000 steps walking around doing errands and Friday 4 mile walk and 40 min on the BEAST ( yikes I feel it now :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:)
3-nutrtion- throughout the each day I ate fruit and for my meals I included the vegetables so I managed to incorporate both fruits and vegetables the whole day long for 5 days
