Hope everyone is staying positive!!! I’m having a hard time I finished a diet bet 1 week before starting this one best one I’ve ever done…

Now the scale has reversed on me due to not sleeping and stressing!! I also lose inches before the scale moves but pictures are helping me to look back.

So whenever you have a rough time don’t think about where you are take a look at where you came from there is light at the end of the tunnel!!! Keep pushing all WE GOT THIS
