This week ended up being pretty easy for workouts. My daughter had summer camp and it was requested that we park at a parking lot a brisk walk away. I times myself the first day and was pleased to see that walking there and back was almost exactly 15 min. So between pick up and drop off I got my half an hour walk in no problem!

I could have probably parked closer using the excuse that I had a baby, I saw other parents that did just that, but why pass up that opportunity! Also to get more of a workout I wore the baby instead of pushing her in the stroller. I think she enjoyed that 😂
