How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Not sure why, because I've been very active the past two days, but my weights jumped up 2 lb., so no win for me this time! To be honest, I probably didn't deserve the win this time, as I really didn't focus on my goals much at all. Going to keep working toward my fitness and my weight loss though and keep a positive mindset. Thanks for the support, all!

That’s a great attitude! This happened to me at the end of last year and it took me 7 months to get back on track. I wish I could’ve stayed positive right at the time.
