How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

This might be a weird question but am I allowed to re submit my weigh in? I was coming off my cycle and retaining water so I weighed in much higher than my typical weight and have already hit my goal… I want to ensure I’m actually losing fat and not just water weight 😅 If anyone knows, please let me know!

I think the resubmit would usually not be allowed, although I bet they have had that question before.

HOWEVER, without trying to sound like I am making assumptions about your body, ha ha, theoretically in four weeks many women would be at the exact same point in their cycle when they weigh out as they were when they weighed in?
Make sure you don’t want to submit a lower weight right now, and then be unable to make your goal weight due to having water retention at that same time when the game ends?
Just a thought.

Good luck!

Oh, that’s a really good point! Thanks Rebecca, I’ll just keep my weigh in and focus on maintenance this game
