I get motivated by thinking in my health progress and to sleep well every night that’s a plus for me

I try to plan out my week every Sunday. That includes meals, workouts etc. when I look ahead and see what’s coming up, I can plan accordingly. The other big piece is to stay connected. When you’re engaged, you’re more mindful
