Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Dec 19 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

Tomorrow the button at the top will say something like "submit your final weigh in" and it will prompt you to manually enter your weight. If your weight is at or below the "goal" weight DietBet set for you, you will then get your weigh in word to verify your weight. If you didn't reach your goal weight, it will not make you take a picture. Be sure to check back that your weigh in word picture has been approved before you indulge in all the food.

  • I had NO idea how much sodium is in one regular can of green beans, YIKES! I was wondering why my weight was up today when I looked back at yesterday and discovered this. I ate one can so that is 1225g sodium for the green beans alone! I will definitely be sticking with fresh or frozen from now on.

I just went threw this. I was on a major salad kit kick and suddenly couldn’t do it anymore. Now I’m trying lunch recipes from the Mindset Menu.

It's cold weather. I don't like salads in cold weather. I'm a soup girl all day in cold weather. I like to do cooked veggies when I don't want salad over warm legumes

I maintained my weight loss from yesterday!! Now I’m officially in a new number bracket!!

I'm 1.5 pounds away from winning. My Christmas work potluck is this week and it's normally something I overindulge in because of all the delicious choices. There are not many healthy options. Trying to decide if it's best to pack my own lunch or attempt to portion control the potluck. The portion control is HARD for me because I'm a binge eater. Any tips?

Just an update. I’ve been mostly maintaining this diet bet and only lost 1.8. I have a ways to go. However, there are so so many things I’ve passed on in regards to treats and I’m really proud of that. December is HARD!

I have fallen of the train with way too many treats. I did well with the actual holiday but the lingering leftovers are distracting me. It’s time to refocus and be done with the silly treats. My weight is higher than it was at the start of this challenge so I need to kick it into high gear! Posting for accountability

Oh my - turns out I was a lot more active this last month while on jury duty. Now that I’m back at work, I’ve realized just how little I get up and walk around. I went from walking about 5 miles a day at the courthouse to 2 miles max.

I’m focusing this week on finding creating ways to bring movement into my life during the workday. Started using the bathroom upstairs instead of the one next to my office, which is a great start. Next is incorporating small breaks away from my desk with the end goal of eventually taking a walk or going for a bike ride during those breaks.

Love the idea of using the bathroom that's further away! Not only would I get more stairs in but those extra trips throughout the day will really add steps!
