I've had an emotional week. I chalk it up to the Pisces full moon we just had lol but I still managed to maintain my weight and I have 2 lbs to go to actually win this time! Need motivation to stay on track as the final weigh in is right after my birthday weekend! I am already planning on how to approach it so I can make it to the finish line strong!

  • Just completed a strength workout. It didn't go as planned because I couldn't do heavy lifts or pulls that required standing due to spraining my ankle yesterday. I won't be able to do REHIT, HIIT, or even long walks with the dog for a while. The dog will have chase squirrels and birds in the backyard. In addition, I decided to increase the creatine supplement intake. This will mean I'll have to lose about 3 lbs more than my original goal to make up for the water retention.

    It's a new game with new challenges. I'm going to have to adapt and modify my strength and cardio so that I can workout without the brace. Being strict on the diet will be more important. I'm down but not out.

  • Hi all! I went on a weight loss journey in 2022 and was successful at losing nearly 70 pounds all with nutrition and walking. I struggle with binge eating and unfortunately with a decline in my mental health, I started finding myself getting fast food a lot and binge eating again. I gained it all back quicker than I lost it. I got an email advertising this Diet Bet and am so happy to be back in the game. I don't have the confidence I once did to accomplish this but these bets have always been great motivators for me! I loved being a part of this group 2 years ago because it was very active and supportive. Wishing you all the best of luck in your journeys!! Pictured is my weightloss in 2022 from my highest of around 270 to 211. My lowest weight from my journey was 203 and I'm hoping to one day be in ONEderland!

  • Got to take my fur baby for the first of her two daily walks. Killing two birds with one stone. Added some hypercapnic training into the walk. She's a trooper putting up with her dad looking like a Bane reject.
