Okay everyone, I've been plateaud for weeks and need suggestions.

I'm still eating healthy, exercising 5 days a week, and drinking about 90 oz of water a day... but I've lost 2 diet bets lately and probably gonna lose the one I need to weigh in for by tmrw night, my weight just isn't budging.

What helps y'all get over the hump?

Eating more (plants based, for me) protein, getting enough sleep and trying to de-stress, intermittent fasting, and this might sound totally crazy but in those times nothing seems to be budging despite everything, I've sort of meditated and tried for some kind of internal movement or flow. This is based on nothing except me feeling like there was some unexplained blockage or stagnation preventing it and to be honest, it could be coincidence but it has actually worked for me...
