  • Good morning from Los Angeles where are you all from?? I just submitted my first weight in ???? I’m currently doing one at work so I’m killing 2 birds with 1 stone and doing 2 challenges! The fastest way I have lost weight is fasting ! Went from 188 to 156, my goal weight is 135 and height is 5’3
