I'm tired of the yo-yo effect I have been going through over the last few years. I've lost weight and regained it over and over. I realized I was trying to find quick fixes instead of sustainable, long-term eating solutions. So, now I'm overhauling my diet to fit my needs and what really works for me, without trying to get quick goals. I'll also be adding in more movement to my daily routine.
