Excited to be here! I just finished another dietbet and I'm wanting to keep the momentum. I barely hit the goal with that one, but I've learned so much about what works and doesn't work. I have an enjoyable eating plan and a regular workout routine. I'm looking forward to seeing the results at the end of this challenge!

Welcome! When I was on my pp journey with my first I lost 30 lbs joining a different diet bet each month. It was a great way to stay accountable and lose weight slowly and sustainably.

Now my 2nd is 2 years old and hoping to lose the last 15lbs I’ve procrastinated.

Woo hoo!! I made it! I wasn't sure if I would since I got sick and hit a plateau. And I've been dealing with the fact that my kitchen has been less usable than normal due to a broken sink, making cleaning dishes extremely difficult.

I joined another dietbet so that I can keep the momentum. 😁

This has been a tough one because of sickness and then our sink in our kitchen has a broken pipe, so doing dishes has been tough. Which makes making food at home difficult. Thankfully, I've been able to find a way to make it work. I hit the game's goal, but I definitely think I could've lost more without the obstacles.

Long term goals are to lose 90 more lbs and continue changing my habits so I can go back to get fitness certifications again.

To hit those goals, I need to be more consistent in my workouts.

I've hit a plateau. I'm doing well with what I'm eating, but I started slacking on my exercising. I got back to it yesterday and I'm using my under desk pedals at work to stay active. I'm hoping I'll knock through this plateau and make it to the goal. 😁

My kids let me sleep until noon today, and I finally feel almost back to normal. 🙌

I went for a two mile walk with my kids and then did a 10 minute full body strength workout. I had my green smoothie for breakfast and pancakes that go with my eating plan for lunch. I'll likely have a chili for dinner. It feels good to be getting back to normal! ❤

I enjoy many activities, especially swimming. But in all honesty I enjoy walking with my family the most. I get exercise while talking to either my husband or daughter about day to day things and catching up on what’s going on in our lives. I can walk for hours doing this!

I love working out at home doing yoga or barre workouts using hand weights, resistance bands and my mat because I can always find time for it. I also have hula hoops I use and dance around to music which has been a great way to destress and get exercise plus it brings me so much joy!

I won't be making this week's movement challenge. I've been sick for the last few days and I'm just trying to take it easy.

Yesterday I barely ate anything because I have no appetite, but today I started with a green smoothie with spinach, banana, hemp seeds, oat milk, and almond butter. It was delicious and filling. Hopefully I'll have energy to make lunch and dinner for the day.

Hi, all!! I'm so glad to be here. I've done diet bets before, some I've won, others I gave up early on. This time, though, I'm fully motivated. I have 100 lbs to lose to get back to my healthy weight. Once upon a time, I was a certified instructor, but I went through some very deep depression and bad situations that sent me into a spiral of unhealthy choices, more depression, and physical limitations. I'm now back, taking control of my life again, and ready to get back to healthy. I dream of going back into the fitness world and getting my certifications again, and helping others like I once did.

This is my time to finally do what I know I was meant to do. ❤ Today was day 2 of working out and walking while getting my food in and plenty of water. I'm ready!
