Good question. I seem to be journeying on a plateau as well. I have to weigh out on what I call the "grace" morning because it's not happening this morning. And perhaps not tomorrow morning.

  • Went for a super hard hike yesterday, but the view was amazing. I think I'll try to go once a week and try to beat my previous time.
