Are you doing strength workouts? "Muscle burns fat" because it continues to burn calories even after your workout, and it takes energy to repair and build muscle. :)

Sometimes our bodies plauteu after a big weight loss just to take a pause to make sure that it's "safe" to lose more weight (i.e. that there isn't a food shortages, since biology remembers what happened centuries ago). It's likely just a temporary plauteu. :) Just keep on with your healthy habits. You've got this!

    I think having two (half bag=1.75 servings) of chopped salad kits threw off my macros. (Looking closer, they're high in fat and sodium.) So, just one/day (or every other day) going forward. :)

  • I've really dialed in my nutrition this week, and I just hit my October monthly weigh-in goal. Yay!!

    I was feeling a little frustrated a week ago, because a med change two weeks ago caused weight gain. But, I'm back on track now. :)

    1,283 (out of 1,500 goal)

    I packed a snack to have at a kid's birthday party. But was busy following my kids around, so I ended up skipping my afternoon snack. Opps. I plan to not make that a habit, though.

    exercise:
    P90X2: Total Body & Ab Ripper workouts...
    plus 45 minutes of foam rolling after dinner (to help me sleep better more comfortable) :)

Good question. I seem to be journeying on a plateau as well. I have to weigh out on what I call the "grace" morning because it's not happening this morning. And perhaps not tomorrow morning.
