How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

What’s your « why » to join the dietbet? I’m curious!
Let’s share if your willing?

Me: I want to be and feel better for my 3 years old son and (I’m 43yo) I’m terrified of getting old and not be in good enough health to stay active and self reliant

My son is grown but if course I want to be healthy to be in his life as long as possible. But my 3 wonderful dogs need me to be around a long time too. I've had health issue after health issue the last 2 years and o know my weight isn't helping those issues. I hope losing it will show what's really an issue and what was just extra weight causing it.

Same as lots of these, I want to feel better and have more energy. I’m also facing neck surgery so I figure I’ll recover better if I’m not overweight. I want to move easily and have more energy
