I made my goal weight and lost an additional 1.1 lbs this week.

Today is cheat day, so I'll probably gain back 2-3 lbs tomorrow morning. But, it's planned for. Nothing is off-limits today. I had chocolate donuts for breakfast. Headed to a pizza buffet with beer for lunch now. Sometime during the day Crumbl Cookies will make an appearance.

I plan on getting to some of those things I put off during the week.

I cheated saturday night… Unplanned… I hope it was not too hard on my goals… Don’t go on the scale yet. A little scared…
