Hi everyone! I’m new here it’s my first challenge. I
Hope to stay motivated, I know it’s all mental and I want to feel better. I’m pretty active but I do admit it’s the cravings that get me😨 I also have a problem getting my protein in. Doing this with you all is very motivating it’s impressive to have 619 participants.. let’s do this! Even if I don’t win I know I will gain knowledge from this group. I’m so glad to be here. Thank you Lexi Reed, for inspiring me..

One thing I do for cravings that my nutritionist told me…take one treat and portion it out for a little bit each day, if needed. For example, it’s it’s a chocolate bar. Cut it up into 7 pieces and if you need it, then give yourself that one piece and that’s your piece for the day. You can do this with chips, sweet treats or whatever your craving is. Then you get a little, without over indulging.
