How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • My new lock screen.
Brand reps bring a lot of junk to my work.
My husband eats a lot of junk. Tasty, tasty junk. It's hard to say no to a cookie or a trip to our favorite ice cream shop or doritos.

Bringing food is cheap and easy, I am ashamed to admit I have done that myself. Hold out for a nice pen or a keychain! Lazy reps

Good job! Also maybe make yourself some alternative healthy ‘treats’ so you can feel like you’re indulging too. I find so many recipes on Instagram, like healthy versions of snickers, Twix, Reece’s PB cups, etc. they usually have oats, dates, etc and can satisfy my sweet tooth but not wreck my diet! One treat we do at home, mash some raspberries and stir in chia seeds. Freeze then top with a bit of melted chocolate that has coconut oil stirred in (optional, helps thin the chocolate so it covers easier)
