How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I don't think I'm going to win this bet and I'm ok with it. Getting weight off has been harder for me this game despite plenty of sleep, water, more exercise and IF. If anything I'm calling this game a win bc I'm jogging again for prolonged periods of time. I honestly never thought I would be able to again and now I can jog three miles daily! Congratulations to everyone winning those NSV!

They definitely are Sonya! My clothes fit better, I'm more active and have more energy and will to stay away from unhealthy choices. I've already won  I think I'll join the next bet bc I do better with accountability

Dedication over motivation. Keep showing up for yourself. The number of the scale is not a true reflection of your success
