Protein Banana Bread 🍌

• 2 C Kodiak Cake Mix
• 2-3 ripped bananas
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 C monk fruit or some sort of sugar substitute
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 C unsweetened apple sauce
• topped with lilys chocolate chips and cinnamon sugar

Mix together and pop in the oven until a toothpick comes out clean. 350 degrees.
