For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. I need some advice... For the last 2 weeks, I am doing everything I can to lose weight. Since I enrolled in DietBet, I lost 10 kg (22 pounds). For the last 2 weeks, I eat perfectly healthy (I even went on a further calorie deficit) + exercise + drink water BUT the scale won’t budge. What can I do? I think I hit the plateau and I need some advise and possibly some support

When I stall I check the following:
BMR vs goal for calorie deficit
Protein goal (mine is 120g)
Am I eating alot of carbs (will retain water)
Am I hitting 30g fiber
Check body composition
Drinking enough water (100oz is my goal)
Am I getting in at least 7 hours of sleep?
Am I strength training enough (I progressive build 4x week)
How are my stress levels (cortisol is a blocker)
Am I eating enough, am I in starvation mode?
Am I drinking alcohol (remove for a bit)
When all else fails, go one extreme or the other to help reset. Some fast for 24 hours. Others eat a huge meals or have a high calorie day.

My little advice also is to go to sleep little bit hungry is the best, so during night your body doesn’t have to spend energy for digestion of food. I read that the last meal should be around 4 hours before sleeping
