How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I need some advice... For the last 2 weeks, I am doing everything I can to lose weight. Since I enrolled in DietBet, I lost 10 kg (22 pounds). For the last 2 weeks, I eat perfectly healthy (I even went on a further calorie deficit) + exercise + drink water BUT the scale won’t budge. What can I do? I think I hit the plateau and I need some advise and possibly some support

I would do what you can to increase passive calorie usage. Build muscle that requires more energy to maintain. Try to do some resistance training with weights or even your body.
Losing weight is one part of the puzzle but if you can only maintain your weight by sticking with a low calorie diet your not going to be happy. Grow your muscles so you can eat more and it should balance you one in the long term to have less peaks and valleys with your weight.

Hello everyone!! Thank you SOOO MUCH for ALL your helps. I actually went with eating 2 big meals 2 days in a row (because it was the easiest thing to do for my interest :joy:)- I increased sleeping (was sleeping 4 hours, increased to 7); and get rid of a bit of a stress (was working at 3 jobs (1 full time and 2 part time; and I quitted 1 of the part time jobs); anddd -DRUMROLL PLEASE- got out of the plateau! Actually lost 2 more kgs!! I deeply appreciate your support, you guys are awesome!!
