How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Well, and this morning I dropped 2 lbs so...I think I must really bloated. I still have the cramping and pressure...I found out recently that the DNC i had 5 years ago has had trapped blood in my uterus basically rotting and not able to escape and that is what the pain has been coming from. I have been doing pain management for years that has progressively been getting worse. So in the new year I am having a hysterectomy. But at least we know where my pain and probable hormonal imbalance is from. So now I'm just going to keep moving forward with my weight loss and attempt to get to a healthy weight because it will be a little while after the surgery when I won't be able to workout.

Sometimes it's good to know the reasons for a problem. In your case, the reason for the pain. I'm wishing you all the best and I'm sure, you will soon feel better after your surgery. Until then: keep your head up and go on with the good work. All the best for you! :four_leaf_clover:
