I had a really bad few days. I now have 2/3 days to decide; should I be super good and miserable the next few days to make my weigh in. Or be normal but on the good side of normal to feel decent but not make the weigh in.

I also have had several bad days lately. I think because I for sure wanted to reach my goal weight I didn’t eat enough protein and therefore I craved all the sweets. So today my goal is to get a lot of protein in.
