How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Trust yourself, trust the process❤
Slowly, I'm starting to tip the scale downward💥

Even after last night, I had a burger wrap w/ cheese and avocado, 3 onion rings dipped in ranch. I ate around 645p to keep dinner and done by 7pm. Having NO bun really made a difference bc I had no bloat. Just a feeling of fullness. Even felt anxious and made my hot cup of tea.. Then, called it a night.

Great job! Dinner and done can be so tough!

My anxiety comes from different areas of my life. Eliminating processed foods, decreasing my caffeine intake and restarting my health journey after a 3 month hiatus again has me a bit anxious bc food has been my go to for coping with emotional situations. Although healthy food is the way to go, letting go of certain comfort foods gives me anxiety as its acted as a safety net to manage my emotions. My focus is to peel the layers of clinged on stress (fat accumulation over the years) thru changing my food habits and exercise one day at a time:heart::pray:
