How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m trying really hard to lose weight without falling into a disordered eating cycle or unsustainable exercise routine.
I’m not losing for vanity’s sake but bc of my back.
I also have 3 endocrine disorders right now, all of which make weight gain super easy and weight loss hard.
I’m having surgery to remove a tumor on one adrenal gland that has been causing Cushing’s syndrome, I have PCOS, and am recently on medication for hypothyroidism. And I have a herniated disc that need operating on but I have to drop some of this weight first.
I need a routine that isn’t hard to keep up, that isn’t monotonous, and a diet that isn’t restrictive in nature to avoid falling into an eating disorder. Encouragement and gentle advice is welcome. 😊

I’ve also been struggling with weight loss. 2 surgeries in the last year (foot and a hysterectomy) and right now trying to get my asthma under control makes it difficult to be consistent and all the sitting and not moving has me at my heaviest ever and it has to stop! As I told my husband, I’m tired of being tired!
