Hey all! I’m having a situation and wondering if anyone can relate. I have a HORRIBLE diet but decided enough was enough. I’m kind of an all or nothing personality so I went full strength eating healthy on the 1st. Quit soda. But since I’m been eating healthy, I’m having near constant stomach pain. I’m not eating anything new to me. I’m eating 1400-1600 calories a day. Just curious if anyone else experienced this when they made a big change. No other symptoms. Just pain.

When I had a lot of stress, the walls of my stomach were affected. When my stomach was empty, it would hurt. I always had to make sure some friendly, mild food was there, like banana or oatmeal or potato soup.
I assume on 1400-1600 calories per day you have empty stomach parts of the day.
Try to find friendly low cal foods that work for you. But most of all: Have your stomach checked out and/or bring the stress down!
This is no joke! Please take good care of yourself!

I feel like I’m eating all day compared to before. The pain is more after I eat for sure. Stress is real though. If it doesn’t go away by the 14th I’ll for sure call!
