How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I still feel so far from my goal. How do you guys navigate injuries during these games? I’m in a flare of an injury and it’s hard to walk, do you decrease your daily calories when you can’t consistently workout?

I would eat more big volume lower caloric food . So lots of water and vegetables with good amount of protein.you can always lose weight without working out
I hope you get better soon

honestly, bc i have a horrendous relationship with food.... the only calories I care about are the ones I eat, not the ones I burn. I use my fitness pal, sedentary, and go by those calories. I have an office job, which is why I chose sedentary. but I will not work out just because I did or want to go over my calorie count. that makes working out a punishment for "being bad" (for me). so if I had an injury and couldn't work out, I just wouldn't see progress as fast, but will still see progress bc I'm in a deficit anyway.
