I try to work on better habits - start my day with 20 ounces of water… working out as soon as I get home… cutting back on sugar & carbs… some days are better than others!

I heard it on a Dan Martell YouTube video to set big goals. I’ve decided to quit sugar for 10 years! What a crazy goal, but it’s totally working because I’m not counting down the days when I can have it again or wondering how long I can hold out for. Food tastes amazing now, lol. Never looking back!
