If you’re like me and haven’t worked out in awhile, start easy. I’ll be doing 100 squats/100 crunches/50 pushups each day, just 10 at a time, throughout the day, for the next 5 days. Then I’ll bump it up for the 5 days after that. I’m also walking a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. I’ll bump that up next Monday to 12,000. 4% is easily attainable if you work at it a little bit every day.
