Cut calories, eating mostly protein, started weight training and 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, but not seeing a big difference on the scales.

It’s a struggle right now for sure because of change of job but my eating habits are getting better!!!

If you’re like me and haven’t worked out in awhile, start easy. I’ll be doing 100 squats/100 crunches/50 pushups each day, just 10 at a time, throughout the day, for the next 5 days. Then I’ll bump it up for the 5 days after that. I’m also walking a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. I’ll bump that up next Monday to 12,000. 4% is easily attainable if you work at it a little bit every day.
